Returns Policy

Faulty or Dead on Arrival

 

We recommend you check your items immediately upon receipt.  In the unfortunate event your item is DOA (dead on arrival) or faulty, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund.   You must contact us within 7 days on 03 9702 4422 or email info@frontlinetrading.com.au outlining the problem and to receive return instructions.   Items must be returned with their original packaging, accessories and instructions and must still be in a new and unused condition. They must not be tampered with either.  Please also include your invoice number, date of purchase, name, address and a contact telephone number.  All returns are to be sent back to us within 14 days. 

 

 

Change of Mind

 

 

If you change your mind, we may offer a refund or exchange, provided that

 

1. You contact us within 7 days on 03 97024422 or email info@frontlinetrading.com.au and we have authorised the return.  Please do not send item back to us until you receive this authorisation.

2. Items are returned with their original sealed packaging, accessories and instructions and must still be in a new, unused and saleable condition and not tampered with nor broken.

3.  Original invoice to be provided.

4. Items must be returned to us with in 14 days.

 

Please choose carefully as all postage costs and financial charges incurred (eg. bank fees, credit card fees, Afterpay/Zip fees, Paypal fees etc.) on change of mind are payable by the customer and will be deducted from your refund/exchange).   

 

Special orders and sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

 

 

All refunds and exchanges will be processed once item has been received by us and assessed by our staff to ensure they comply with our returns policy.
