Our Dual eBike Carrier is built for strength with a total capacity of 90kg. It can support two bikes, provided no single bike exceeds 50kg, making it perfect for heavy electric mountain bikes.
Will this rack fit my vehicle's tow bar?
These ebike racks are designed to mount securely to a standard 50mm x 50mm Hayman Reese tow-bar attachment. They include an anti-rattle mechanism to ensure a rock-solid, quiet fit during your journey.
How do these compare to premium brands like Thule?
Our ebike racks offer similar features and build quality to premium brands like Thule, including integrated locks and heavy-duty aluminium frames, but at a fraction of the cost.
Is the rack road-legal in Australia?
Yes. Our racks come with a dedicated number plate holder and in-built 12V tail lights (7-pin flat plug) to ensure your plate and signals remain visible and road-compliant.
Will the lights work with my car's electrical system?
The integrated lights are compatible with standard 12V wiring. Note that they may not be suitable for vehicles fitted with SAM (Safety and Advanced Management) systems without specific adapters.
Can I carry e-bikes with fat tyres?
Yes, our carriers are designed to accommodate tyres up to 4 inches wide and feature quick-release wheel straps for a fast and secure setup.
Do I need to assemble the rack when it arrives?
No assembly is required. Our e-bike carriers are ready to use straight out of the box, saving you time and frustration.
How do I secure my ebikes against theft?
The rack features an integrated key-locking system and adjustable top tube stabilisation clamps to keep your e-bikes firmly held and protected from theft while parked.
Is there a way to make loading heavy ebikes easier?
Yes. While the rack is designed for convenience, we offer an additional loading ramp (Model: MTBRV100RAMP) sold separately to help you roll your bikes into place without heavy lifting.
How do I store the rack when not in use?
The carrier features a space-saving foldable design and a roll-away feature, making it easy to manoeuvre and store in your garage when it's off the vehicle.
